Fixation of functional particles exposed on the surface.

Coating method to maximize the potential of functional particles.

Please feel free to contact us at i-kaihatsu@nittobogrp.com. "Double Dot Coating" is a processing method that allows functional particles to adhere to a substrate while being exposed on the surface. This method enables the functional particles to demonstrate their performance more effectively than when mixed with binders and other materials. We welcome inquiries from those considering enhancing the functionality of existing materials, as well as proposals for collaboration from companies that possess functional particles.

Powder particles coated microencapsulation treatment (surface coating treatment)

By encapsulating or surface-treating the powder particle surface with a coating material, new properties are added to the particles.

Our company offers "coating microencapsulation treatment of powder particles (surface coating treatment)." There are two methods: the dry coating process, where solid coating materials are heated and melted to coat the entire raw particle, followed by cooling to solidify the coating material, and the wet coating process, where solid coating materials are dissolved in solvents such as water or alcohol to coat the entire raw particle, followed by drying to solidify the coating material. Additionally, we also engage in "stirring granulation," where raw powder is stirred and rolled using a stirring granulator while adding a binder (liquid or paste-like) to adhere the raw particles together, resulting in granules with good flowability. 【Services (partial)】 ■ Particle coated capsules ■ Stirring granulation ■ High-concentration adsorption powdering of extracts and oils *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
